Hello Panthers, my name is Mr. Siraj, and I am excited to serve you all. I was born in Somalia, and after spending some time as a refugee, I came to America. Since the late 90s, I have lived throughout San Diego, but mostly in City Heights. I am a proud first-generation, low-income BIPOC who graduated from SDSU (Master’s in School Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Psychology). What excites me the most is working with like-minded individuals who are dedicated to helping our local students not only graduate, but also have the necessary resources, mentors, and access to live a successful life after graduation!
