Hello, my name is Midia Ismail-Rashid and I am extremely excited to be part of City Heights Prep Charter. I was born in Alberta, Canada just a year after my parents and seven siblings immigrated from Kurdistan. I worked as a Personal Banking Associate for ten years. In 2021, I married my husband, which led me to move to San Diego. I enjoy catching beautiful sunsets at the beach. I also love traveling, and experiencing new cultures and foods.
